I can confirm that I was able to log in successfully and I can see the issue.

No, it was not been translated in the past. When I initially started to work with it, it gave me issues right away...

So, can you please go here (hidden link) and update everything to the latest version?

I can also see that you have Loco Translate active - it is not recommended that you run multiple translation plugins at the same time as a lot of issues can happen because of that.

Can you please let me know once that's ready?

Make sure that you have a full backup before updating the plugins and the theme.

I did backup again, disabled loco translate, now it gives me an error whenever id want to run advanced translator

Also, now as i have removed loco, i have this.. cant find a string to translate it...

Hi there.

In regards to the "maximum execution time" error, referring to the "class-wpml-pb-shortcode-content-wrapper.php" file, can you please take a look at the existing tickets here:

- this client for example, who experienced the same error, was also using Divi: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/unable-to-send-home-page-to-translation/

- this client here (you will need to use Google Translate) was experiencing the same error, but was using a different theme: https://wpml.org/de/forums/topic/die-uebersetzung-wird-nicht-beendet/

In regards to the other request regarding finding the strings, as we can handle only one issue per ticket, I created a new one for you here and I will get back to you:

As you can see in the screenshot I attached below, it seems that the user account you shared with me doesn't have enough permissions anymore in order for me to be able to see the pages and all the other tabs.

Can you please check and set it to "Administrator" rights?
