Thank you for your patience and cooperation. I think we are mixing several problems here which I already mentioned and it is really very hard to deal all in one ticket. I'll advise to pick one problem for this very ticket. It's your choice what you want me to handle BUT ONE PROBLEM ONLY, please!! While open separate tickets for each of the problem. I checked again and here's the summary: 1) Home Page: You provided all links to your production site, while on staging site the content is different and seems right to me overall. See my previous comment: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/automatic-translation-69/#post-14317199 2) Some products are not showing as translated on Product Archive page at hidden link. This is also not correct, because for the products like AdBlue, the title in all translations is the same (see AdBlue.png). While if you open the product itself, it shows the content translated as you have translated it (hidden link). 3) OilFinder Page: I see it translated correctly - see oilfinder.png. Also see oilfinder-edit.png where I see that translation needs update. As well as, it is loading external content via an Iframe. Please note that external URL can be found in ATE when translating, by searching for http (see oilfinder-ate.png). See https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-translate-urls-shortcodes-and-html-attributes-using-the-advanced-translation-editor/#how-do-i-translate-urls-with-the-advanced-translation-editor for details. 4) The "header is loaded later during translation": This isn't WPML problem, probably you need to check with your theme or plugin responsible for this area and disable any relevant settings for this. 5) Breadcrumbs not translating: See this thread for details https://wpml.org/forums/topic/translating-breadcrumb/#post-13537819. In short, the above mentioned is an overview of the different problems and can be sorted out with little more attention and care. I'll advise to check my previous messages and check the links to guides I provided. And let me know which 1 (one) problem you want me to handle in this ticket and feel free to open separate tickets for rest of these. Looking forward for your kind cooperation. |

Hi there, thank you for the feedback. Sorry for addressing too many topics at once. I thought it would be easier if someone is fully into the topic. Then I will open a new ticket for the other topics. They asked what problem you should take care of then. Thank you very much. |

Thank you Daniela for understanding. I'll surely proceed with:
For a clarification, does this refer to the one shown in this screen recording? hidden link If that's it, then you can see that there was same text used for product title and upon changing it, it is reflected correctly in translations. While, other content (product description) is already fine. However, if that's not the issue, can you please clarify by recording your screen showing exactly the problem? Looking forward. |

Hi, I am attaching a more detailed screen shot. That still needs to be resolved. |

Thank you for clarifying, I understand now what you meant. I tested again and here are my findings: - The translation appears fine for single product page: hidden link - But doesn't appear fine in the product archive page: hidden link - If I switch to a standard WordPress theme like 2021, then translation appears fine on Product Archive page. So I believe this is something to do with the current theme RT-Theme 19, which isn't on our compatibility list. Although an old variant (RT-Theme 18) is on our list but from a few years ago and never updated (https://wpml.org/theme/?wpv_view_count=119967&wpv-theme-category=0&wpv_post_search=RT-Theme&wpv-wpcf-recommendation-flag=&wpv_filter_submit=Search). I then went further and deactivated all plugins, except WPML, Elementor, WP Bakery and PODS. Note that I deactivated "RT-Theme 19 | Extensions Plugin" plugin and I got an SQL error pointing to a missing translation table. However, if I activate this plugin also, then I can see the archive but of course with the same issue. So my point is, that, this "RT-Theme 19 | Extensions Plugin" is necessary to run everything tied to this theme and this plugin isn't on our compatibility list also (https://wpml.org/plugin/?wpv_view_count=120064&wpv-plugin-functionality=0&wpv_post_search=RT-Theme&wpv-wpcf-recommendation-flag=&wpv_filter_submit=Search). I checked further, without WPML plugins, which is currently the state of the staging site. And I see that even if I directly see the Russian version of the product, it doesn't display what's written in the products content, see following links: - Edit product's Russian version: hidden link - View product's Russian version in frontend: hidden link Note that in edit link, you 'll see the Russian written in the content and title. While in frontend, it is showing German (default language version). AGAIN, WPML isn't active at this point. Same is the case with Product Archive page (where all products are shown as per your screenshot): hidden link. Note that this is Russian version of the archive, but problem is still the same as you mentioned (WPML isn't active here too). So as per my understanding, the issue is with either RT Theme and/or it's accompanying plugin. I'll advise to contact theme/plugin author and request a compatibility update. Or at-least ask for some relevant technical details, so we can further look into a possibility. I'll then be able to escalate the issue to our 2nd tier team, if the say that issue is really coming from WPML. Please take your time and let me know whatever you find from the RT-Themes author. |

Hi there, thank you very much for your investigations. I contacted theme support but received no response. Since the translation works with other themes, I also assume that it is the theme, which I cannot change because all functions are linked to it. My idea now would be to manually translate the areas where the translation doesn't work. Is that possible and if so, how? Could you briefly describe the manual way to me? Thanks and best regards |

Thank you for the updates. Please check this guide about translating manually: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/ You may also need to register page builder content, short codes or custom fields (if used) as mentioned in my earlier messages with links to relevant guides. For the answer from theme/plugin author, feel free to share whenever you get it. Theme and plugin authors are welcome to join WPML’s Go Global program, which helps them make their code multilingual ready. Together with WPML’s compatibility team, they can test and confirm that their theme or plugin works with WPML. See https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/ for details and you can refer your theme/plugin provider to this as well. |

You've to disconnect the translations first, please see https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-disconnect-translations-from-the-default-language-page-or-post/. However, if after switching to WordPress Editor, you simply click the pencil icon, it will open the translation for editing manually. And you can edit as needed. |

Thank you for the updates. This looks like a different issue than the what we've been discussing in this ticket. I recommend opening a separate ticket because as per forum policy we can only handle one issue per ticket. So you can get more to the point help, without mixing up several issues in one long ticket. |
