Please follow next steps:
1) In order to expedite handling your support requests, can you please share WPML support debug information from your site.
- To give debug information, login to your site and go to WPML → Support. From there click on the “debug information” link at the bottom of the page.
- Once on the “debug information” page, select the entire content of the text box and copy it.
- Now go back to our support forum, find debug information box and paste it.
- Go to WPML > Translation Management > Translators and make sure your user are set as translators with the correct language pair
- Make sure the users in the website have a name/last name
- Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > Synchronize local job IDs with ATE
Resend the job for translations through WPML > Translation management
3) If you use Translate Everything mode, you can simply edit your stuck pages by making a minor change, such as adding a space or a word and save. This will reset the pages’ translation status and assign them a new Job ID for automatic translation.
