[Resolved] broken access to translated page

I am trying to:

- When I try to access the english translation of two pages ("rutas magicas" and "el viaje del heroe") -as seen in screenshot 8- it leads me to this error -screenshot 9-. It only happens with these two.
- From the front-end, the links to their respective english language are not shown. Now I set it so it at least goes to the homepage of the other language.

If you need access let me know, I can grant you admin credentials.

My issue is resolved for now, I just removed the pages and did it all over again (not ideal but my clients cannot wait, and I'm hoping it doesn't happen again). Support didn't respond for almost 2 full days, it is unacceptable.
