Problem:
Can not cancel translation jobs send out to Crowdin

Solution:
Actually in this case you can not cancel a job directly from WPML. You must contact the translation service and ask them for cancellation. Refer to your service’s dedicated documentation for instructions on canceling translation jobs.

So the projects can be canceled only by Crowdin. To do this, please contact Crowdin directly.

John Lemt	Tell us what you are trying to do? I am trying to cancel jobs send out to Crowdin, but later translation in Crowdin is not finished or not went through. In crowdin I am doing translations myself. Is there any documentation that you are following? Usual procedure to cancel the job in translation management does not work, because X (cancel) is not available for sent out translation jobs to Crowdin. Also in Crowdin there is no Cancel or Resign button. I tried to delete the files in Crowdin, but this does not help WPML, since it is waiting indefinitely for Crowdin to return the translated files. The only procedure that works is deleting Crowdin tranlator from WPMl and reesteblish integration between WPML and Crowdin with new API key. This is very troublesome. Please see attached screenshot of translation job management, where crowdin jobs cannno be cancelled (X is grayed out). Is there a similar example that we can see? This happens every time any translation file is sent through API integration to Crowdin. It is not possible to cancel it. What is the link to your site? hidden link
