Hello there

Thank you for contacting us. I am happy to help you.

If you have already WPML installed, you don't need OTGS Installer. You can go to WP > Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab and you can find all the available plugins.

So if you are having OTGS installer plugin, please disable it.

Now I can see the steps you did, which are correct. Are you getting any kind of error?

Just in case I am sharing this also :

Thank you

From your images it seems that you updated the latest version of WPML Core. May I ask you to share an images from your plugin page, showing me the version of WPML?

Thank you

Regards,
Andreas

Andreas

Would you be willing to provide me with WordPress credentials so I could investigate the issue directly?

And send me this:
- a page or page in question (at least one example) where the issue is to be seen
- screenshots would also help me understand this - screenshots on that post/page

I marked your next reply as private so that you can safely add credentials.

Thank you very much for the access.

I have checked and I cannot see anything wrong with WPML.

Also, it is weird that I cannot see any updates from another plugin, maybe something is set for your site, but I am not sure about this.

I would suggest this :

I do recommend running a full website backup before you start doing anything.

After you do that:

1. https://wpml.org/account/downloads/ and download locally the latest version of WPML
2. disable WPML and delete it from your site
3. then upload the new plugin (via FTP, via Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin, or via an FTP plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-file-manager/
4. then, simply activate the plugin

That should be all that you need to do.

I hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes or if you need any further assistance. I'll gladly help you. 🙂

Regards,
Andreas
