I am trying to: Access my website from an iPhone

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: The website

Instead, I got an error page on my iPhone (view images) and this error in the logs :

WordPress database error Connection was killed for query SELECT language_code FROM apfcana_icl_translations WHERE element_id = 424 made by do_action('wp_ajax_wds-analysis-get-editor-analysis'), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Smartcrawl_Controller_Analysis->json_get_post_editor_analysis, Smartcrawl_Controller_Analysis->add_seo_analysis_metabox_content, Smartcrawl_Checks::apply, Smartcrawl_Checks->apply_endpoint_checks, Smartcrawl_Checks->apply_checks, Smartcrawl_Checks->get_seo_analysis_language, apply_filters('wds_post_seo_analysis_language'), WP_Hook->apply_filters, Smartcrawl_Controller_Wpml->change_post_analysis_language, Smartcrawl_Controller_Wpml->get_post_language_code

Also, this error happens only on certain devices (always iPhones), but it doesn't seem to have a correlation, like a version or model.

PS.: The translation for the screenshot is "a problem repeatedly occurred on hidden link"

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

I've tested this on my mobile device, and your Website loaded fine. Could you remove the error logs and try to regenerate a new one? Then, please share it with me using this https://pastebin.com/

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks!

Kor
