This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.
Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.
No supporters are available to work today on this forum. Feel free to create tickets and we will handle it as soon as we are online. Thank you for your understanding.
Try to recreate the issue (maybe deactivate and reactivate WPML) after adding the code from the link to your wp-config.php file, and then go to the "wp-content" folder in your WordPress installation.
If there were any issues on the site, a file called "debug.log" will appear. If you find it, please upload it to your preferred storage platform (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and share the link to me in your reply (make sure it's shared with the right permissions so we can access its content).
2) Can you let us know if this is happening when you access the settings page in WPML or try to save a page or a setting on your site?
3) Can you allow us access like last time, and send us a database dump just like last time so we can send it to our devs for a check?
Please follow my colleague Alejandro's advice and share further information about this case.
If you need further help with this, please share the access details to your site with me.
