I expected to see: 3 languages
Instead, I got: Just German and Turkish
English is shown while being logged in and works perfectly. After log out and visiting the site as normal user, it won't show up. Also the sites which where working while being logged in (for example this: hidden link) show en error 404 while logged out.
I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.
NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.
The English translation is not published as previously mentioned.
How can you check this:
1. Pages
2. click on "English"
3. Notice under Home it's showing "draft"
Why is this happening:
1. go to WPML->Settings
2. Your mode is set to
Translate Everything
WPML will automatically translate content that you publish or update
Review the translations before publishing"
3. Notice the option "Review the translations before publishing" this mean that means that if you do not manually review and approve the translations they will be in draft until you do
That is why the "eye" icon is showing instead of a "pencil"
To resolve:
- Go to pages
- Click on the "eye" icon for the EN translation
- Approve and publish
