1) I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

2) Could you please share your Debug information with me?
You can read a detailed explanation about it here. (http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support)
The debug info will give me a lot of information about how your site is configured.

Hi, Osama,

In base language English…

I do upload logo or any image from my local PC to the media by drag and drop, seems uploaded, but after refresh the screen, the uploaded image not show in media list

I do woocommerce installed, and suppose generate some pages, e.g. my-account, etc. however, it does not show in the page list. After then, I goto woocommerce > tools > click regenerate pages, however, no additional pages show up, but the published count added more 6 pages

1) I couldn't see the page list error that you mentioned. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)

Would you please let me know if this issue is fixed?

2) We try to keep one issue per ticket in our forum, so may I kindly ask you to open a new ticket for your additional questions?
Continuing with one ticket per issue helps supporters focus on one issue at once and enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.

As a debugging step to help my teammates in the new ticket, please deactivate WPML and check if these issues would happen because they persist in the default language.
