Fix terms count not working for original language after default language switch

@ommunist	I am trying to: get correct count of items for terms for original language Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link , also in Count coliumn for Collections in admin area I expected to see: 4 (Aurum collection) Instead, I got: 10 Pressing "Fix terms count button" in WPML Troubleshooting area gave no effect, since it probably only good for translations, and the problem probably arose after switching default site language from EN to RU.

@ommunist	The problem was in the incorrect terms attribution by site administrator. She copied posts for speed to another language and kept source term attributed along with the translated term, so such posts were counted twice. (Thrice is that was for the third language too).
