How to translate Title Tag, Meta Description, other SEO things?

Jure Fuzul	Hi, for my website momentumvisible.com I want to translate meta descriptions, title tags and other SEO stuff, could you tell me how since via Strings I wasnt able to find those one ? 2. Also why some pages are still in process of waiting for translation or it's necessary to translate last 1% (which I cant find) to close translation (like Home page) ?
