Problem:
I have a new site with Spanish and English pages. I want to link an English page as a translation to the Spanish page.

Solution:
Please follow this guide to connect the English page as a translation of the Spanish page: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-link-already-translated-pages/

Could you please tell me more details about what you try to achieve?

To translate the content created with Beaver Builder, please check the following guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/beaver-builder/

The screenshot you provided shows that the WPML translation editor is disabled, so if you're trying to translate the page manually (Using the page builder) please follow this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/#how-to-use-manual-translation

If the two pages already exist and you want to connect one of them as a translation, please follow the steps mentioned here: https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-link-already-translated-pages/
