Please check this video: hidden link

You're now going to be able to pay and then it should get unblocked and continue translating the other pages.

Try it out and let me know how it goes.

only manual translation is working, it isn't able to translate everything itself. there are so many things left untranslated but the plugin says the process is complete

Hello!

1) When you activated the automatic translation (global, for all the site), you were presented with 2 options, which one did you choose?

2) You had mentioned that you started with 2 languages and things were ok, what did you mean by that? was it just for the safety limit popup that appeared this time or was it also for the translations?

1. I did press translate everything automatically. Without review
2. Yes, i could see things started to translate after the safety limit was foxed

Hello, everything is working properly now.
i have question regarding the currency plugin that came with wpml. do i really need this as i have other one installed and configured. Can you check that? and also if i do use your currency plugin, will it be able to do payments in checkout? because for paypal it says "not yet supported" and i have other payment options as well, like payrexx

Hello,

You can disable that feature in WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency > Multicurrency. If you didn't enable it then maybe your theme actually did that for you and in that case, if you disable the feature and it still appears, then please ask your theme support if they can tell you how to disable it.

Instead, about the actual currency used at the checkout, you can check this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/multi-currency-support-woocommerce/#:~:text=If%20you%20have%20WPML%2C%20you%20can%20go%20to%20the%20Multicurrency,payment%20gateways%20for%20each%20currency.

You can try to see if you can set a currency for the checkout. the clients will still see their selected currency but there will be an exchange done in the background to make things compatible with the accepted currencny from the gateway.

so you are saying that i can turn off wpml currency and keep using my own?
and also there is some weird issue which have started and wanted to know if wpml is causing it because we never saw this issue. basically some users are complaining and seeing " service not available" page

Yes you can do that, it's not disabling the plugin because that plugin handles more than just multicurrency but you can definitely disable the multicurrency feature as I mentioned earlier and use your own if you wish.

Where are they seeing the "service not available" pages? Most of the time that happens when there are errors on the server or the server went over the resources for that second.

However, it's kind of a generic issue which means I can't either tell you it's WPML or it's not without more info.

If you have access to your server's statistics you can check if it used all its resources (ram, bandwith, CPU, etc) if not you should be able to ask your hosting support or system's developer.

--------------

In the meantime, I suggest you enable the debug.log and check if there are errors there in a period of time: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/

Try that out and if the debug.log file appears under your "wp-content" directory, you can send it to me and I'll be able to check what's up and give you more info (I'd split this ticket then to keep things tidy and organized).

I'm splitting the ticket to handle that last request. We are also waiting for that possible "service not available" issue which will also be handling on another ticket (it's also another possible issue, different to the initial one from this one).
