Hello We have a multilingual e-shop borealis.ee, whose cave is borealis.ee/koopia/. Our admin is very slow thanks to WPML. Saving products is time consuming. n addition, another problem is that product translations do not display variations correctly. If you save all products in separate languages with the WPML translation editor, it will display. But if you make changes to the content, the variations disappear. Examples: Main language: hidden link Maybe there is a way to identify your problems? |

Please open a new ticket for the product variations issue. I can see that you are using the Query Monitor plugin on your site. Please note that Query Monitor requires significant resources by itself. You should activate it only to identify performance problems and deactivate it afterward. Of course, you chose a product that has no content, translations, variations and images 🙂 Lets try this one: hidden link Our content editor says. The homepage is super slow. Sometimes (read: very often) it takes a lot of time to correct even the simplest small typo, etc. and save it. Even if you wait all this time and save things, you often get a "Connection lost" message. Ok, this is our development site, but can you please take a look at the main page borealis.ee, see the products and select different languages. Doesn't seem slow? In our opinion, the language selection process itself is very slow. |

I checked the following product on your development and production sites. hidden link hidden link When I switch to English, it takes about 5 seconds to load. Please see the attached screenshots. Can you please check for PHP errors while you load this page? https://wpml.org/documentation/support/debugging-wpml/ To enable it, open your wp-config.php file and look for define('WP_DEBUG', false); Change it to: define('WP_DEBUG', true); // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true); // Disable display of errors and warnings define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false); @ini_set('display_errors', 0); After this, repeat the action that causes the problem on your site. In this case, the errors will be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. Then please share the errors with us. Also, if needed, please allow us to install a migration plugin like Duplicator or All In One Migration and take a copy of your site for further debugging. Thanks, |
