Hi Support,

it's really ridiculous & frustrating that no body there to resolve our issues, no one even replying to any of these tickets.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support forum.
Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

Sorry, we have a higher load than usual and limited capacity at the moment.

About your issue, this is not slow, you are using a different domain for language. When switching the language WPML sends the request to the server first to prepare data sharing and then loads the 2nd language.
Please see https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/language-setup/passing-session-data-between-languages-in-domains/

If you wish you can disable this feature so it won't send the request to server before loading the page but then you can't share the data between domains and some features of other plugins might not work correctly.

Thanks

Hi,

On the WPML → Languages page, under the Language URL Format section, you can find the Pass session arguments between domains through the language switcher option. It synchronizes this session data among domains and languages.

Can you chose "disable this feature" and observe the performance then?

Hi Bruno,

Thanks for your support.
I think your suggestion worked, after disabling the feature, I think it is redirecting instantly. Let me give this to my client to check, if he is okay with it then I will be very much grateful to you.
