I added other language text in string translation but it is not reflected on front end

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

That might not be the correct string. Please try scanning the theme or plugin as explained here https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#scanning-the-theme-and-plugins and do another search and see if there is another similar string that appears.

Also, you can check the "Translate texts in admin screens" section as explained in the link that I shared above.
