This is a continuation of a previous error that was not resolved but closed.

After a PROD deployment yesterday, the problem appeared. What is happening is that a certain group of strings with domain "localize" lose their translations. They are form validation error notice strings.

Hello

Your ticket has been assigned to me.

1. Were you able to recreate the issue on a localserver copy of your site using the latest versions of WPML?

2. Here are instructions on how we would prefer to receive the copy of your production site for troubleshooting on our own servers:
https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

Do. not try to upload the package to the forum directly but rather use a file sharing service and send us a downloadable link in your next reply.

3. I understand that the issue is only happening on your production site that has outdated versions of WPML running. I also understand that the issue may be related to custom code. I am writing this to get your confirmation on my understanding and to reiterate that our support policy is very limited on providing support on custom coded solutions.

Kind regards
