Hi Unfortunately we have so many problems when we change something on the German original page. For example, I change some text in German, I want to update the Austrian translation, it shows the Swiss links and the Swiss changes ("ss" instead of "ß, "Offerte" instead of "Angebot") and all the links are gone. The same happens with British English/Worldwide English and with French and Swiss French, it's always mixed up and it is really nerve racking. Yous hould still ave access to our backend. Hello, Welcome to the WPML support forum. I will do my best to help you to resolve the issue. We are reopening the ticket as per your request. Please note that the ticket will be closed automatically after two weeks if there is no reply from the client side. This may be a conflict in the Database table collation. It should support Unicode. So to track this please share the following screenshots with us. 1) Log in to your database using a tool like PHPMyAdmin Please check the attached images for the sample. -- Bigul |

Hello, Thank you for the updates. From the screenshot, it looks like you have the correct collation for the tables. So a couple of requests to track this issue. a) Please share the correct credentials to access the site. Now I am getting the following warning Fehler: Das Passwort, das du für den Benutzernamen ******* eingegeben hast, ist nicht korrekt. The alphabet is not changing in Austrian German and Switzerland German languages. Hello, Thank you for the details and video file. I can log in to the site now. This requires further debugging and may you are facing this issue because of compatibility conflicts. So please upgrade to the latest version of the theme and plugins after a full site backup{mandatory} and check if is there any difference in the result. Refer to the attached images for more details. If the issue exists, please allow me to install the Yoast Duplicate Post plugin to duplicate the page having the issues and test it further. -- Bigul |
