Hello there,

Our 2nd tier checked the issue but couldn't fix the issue as he can't create a database dump of your site, probably there are some restrictions from your server which is blocking the creation of the dump.

Being so can you provide me a database dump (backup) of your database so we can fix it.

You can upload the backup on google drive and share it with us.

Hello there,

Our 2nd tier checked the backup and it seems the backup is not complete, all the tables of the WP databases aren't there and it's hard to fix without a complete backup as it can create issues.

Can you create another backup and send it to us, you can also ask for your host's help to create a backup of your database so it's complete.
