Hello! Can you please try again? i tested it recently and waited a few days to see if the problem had been gone and couldn't see it again. Please try on your end and let me know how it goes. About the blocking situation: if you encounter this issue, close it, open another page that you have to work on and then you can return to the original one. because it's not stuck, but for some reason it was loading slower on your end. I know this is not ideal and the problem should be fixed now, but it would've prevented you from getting blocked. Regards. |

These are examples of ATE jobs that are just not loading for me: Also, I cannot cancel some jobs, see screencast. |

Please check this out: hidden link This tells me there is some external cache mechanism on your site, wether it's coming from a CDN, database or the server, i'm not entirely sure but it's not coming from the site and it's caching agressively causing these glitchets. Can you try to flush that cache and try to disable it for a moment so we can test both the slow loading of the pages and then the cancelling of the jobs? |

Hello, I have now pushed the live site (hidden link) to production (hidden link) As per this post (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/this-site-has-moved-to-a-new-location-14/page/4/#post-14501545) the flow should have been: However, this is the first time I logged in at the staging site since I pushed live to staging. Please see screenshot, i never got the question that it's a COPY of the site. It just shows that the site has been MOVED. Please, what to do? I have corrected LOADS of translations on the live site, which has taken a lot of time to do (to get the Translation Memory back). |

You haven't lost anything, don't worry, but this means that the site was indeed moved before so i can have this fixed (a proper fix for this or more of a workflow change is coming soon, by the way) But at this point i see the problem will keep returning. would it be possible for you to click the link (indicate that...) on the site you are actively working on until we ship the next workflow which should be coming in the next update (hopefuly released during this month, but i'm not sure about a clear ETA, but it's coming soon). Or can you tell me if you are planning on moving the site between staging and production again in this month? |

This time, the live to staging push was just a test to see if the moved site issue was resolved, which it wasn't I'm afraid. At the moment, for the next week or so, we don't need our staging site. So we are only using live at the moment, making updates to live. However, on our live site, I DON'T see the "This site has moved to a new location" box. We will be needing the staging site soon though, within a couple of weeks. Our workflow most often (but not always) is: Push live to staging, make changes at staging, then push staging to live. |

The banner will only appear at one site at a time. if you use the staging site, and click on the link from the banner then it will disappear there and will appear in the other site and so on. you can click it as many times as you want and nothing will be blocked on the front-end. As i mentioned, we're working on a better workflow for this and we're almost done. In the meantime please use the workarond shared here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/this-site-has-moved-to-a-new-location-14/#post-14383357 This has to be used on the site where the banner appears. Even better yet is to just click the link on the banner, at least in the meantime, while we change this workflow permanently. |

Why is ATE so painfully slow? |

It shouldn't be slow at all, the average time for a translation is ranges from 1 to 3s! however, these results could change if you have caching on the server side or if you have a LOT of pages that are being translated, not because of ATE but because the server could restrict the amount of calls your server makes making the translation uploads slower. May i know though in what page are you having this issue? staging or production? so i can check if there's something else happening on your site from our end? |

Hello! The "proper" fix for this will be integrated in the migration banner in version 4.6.8 but this option can definitely help you in the meantime and it's safe for you to use (Even, though it was created for a very similar version but not exactly the one you are experiencing). Regards. |
