Hello There, Before this ticket gets assigned to my colleague, I examined the 'Brazilian Portuguese' translation on the Homepage and would like to inform you that the translation seems to be showing fine according to the Deepl translator. I switched to the English version, chose a portion of text from the homepage, and manually translated it into Portuguese (Brazilian) using Deepl, Google Translator and Microsoft Translator. While comparing the output by the translators with the Brazilian version of your homepage, I noticed that the text on the Brazilian version of the page and the output generated by the Deepl translator are exactly the same. But, I noticed differences in the result produced by Google Translator and Microsoft Translator. Can you please try using Google or Microsoft Translator and check the results? Please try to translate a single page by adding one sentence and check whether the expected result is showing or not. Hello again, Thanks for your patience! I have assigned this ticket since I am a Portuguese - BR native and I was able to spot some issues on the mentioned page, related to the difference between PT-BR and PT-PT. For example: #1 Parceiros grossistas Here we have a term (grossistas) that would not be used in Brazil, as it is more used by the Portugal natives. It should be 'atacadistas' in PT-BR. #2 Desempenhamos um papel activo The issue here is that Brazilians don't use the 'c' on 'activo', so it is 'ativo'. 'Activo' and the usage of 'c' before some words is more PT-PT related. Just as like my colleague, I have done the same tests with the three different Automatic Translation machine options we have: DeepL (informal, formal and automatic), Microsoft and Google (please check the screenshot: hidden link). Here are my results of this procedure: 1.0) deepl 'automático': hidden link -> PT-PT 2.0) microsoft: hidden link -> PT-BR, this is a correct one 3.0) google: hidden link -> PT-BR, this is a bit different, but also used on PT-BR Therefore, what you will better fit for you is the Microsoft or the Google option. Please follow these steps: - go to WPML -> Translation Management -> Automatic translation Now, the next translations shall be in Portuguese from Brazil. In this scenario, you have two options: #1) fix manually the incorrect terms, or Sorry, but we do not refund credits. Unfortunately, once the credits are used, it is not possible to get them back - as we ourselves pay the translation engines for those translations, and it can't be reverted.
