Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to add www. at the beginning of the second language but when I do so and save it, refresh the page, it removes the www.
Is there any documentation that you are following?
No
Is there a similar example that we can see?
I can give you access to the backend of the site.
What is the link to your site? hidden link which is my main language (English) and works fine with www. but I am trying to add www. with my German language which is hidden link
1) Could you please try clearing the website cache first
2) Then try saving the domain, also try unchecking the checkbox "Validate on save" and check if there is any change after.
* I set the next reply as private, I would request a temporary access to further check if the issue persists.
I checked the website again and on my end the domain: hidden link is showing the English version of the website (the hidden link is working correctly) .
1) I would suggest you check that the domains are properly set on the hosting side
2) I cleared the cache of the website again but I would give it at least 1/2 time as I remember that the hosting provider you are using uses some good cache mechanisms that takes a bit to refresh.
Let me know if the issue still persists after the cache is fully flushed.
Regards,
Marsel
