Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to WPML Support.

It seems like the issue you're facing is related to server/hosting configurations, particularly with aspects like file upload size, PHP memory, and execution time limits.

If you don't have administrative rights on your server, it might be helpful to reach out to your hosting team for support. They should be able to assist you in adjusting these configurations.

For more detailed information on this issue, you can refer to our documentation here: https://wpml.org/errata/the-link-you-followed-has-expired-error-when-installing-wpml-4-5-0/

Let me know if there's anything else I can assist with.

Kind regards,
Marsel
