On the first screenshot is the pagination missing, this happens when WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency is active. When we disable this plugin, it appears as displayed on the second screenshot.

We've established that this issue is caused by WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency and would like to know how we can resolve this.

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

There is a similar issue in the past and it is resolved in the new version 4.12 of WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency (WCML), you can also read more on some tickets
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/woocommerce-analytics-products-pagination-broken-with-woocommerce-multilingual/
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wcmultilingual-breaking-pagination-in-woocommerce-analitycs-producs/

It relates to the Rest API on your site and while checking the debug info, I see Rest API is disabled. It could be the server protection disabled it because when I access your site I see a server protection account popup display, please check this screenshot hidden link

Please enable Rest API on your site and recheck this issue. You can see the Rest API status in WPML > Support > WordPress section.
And read more on the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/support/rest-api-dependencies/

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hello,

The debug info is from our development site, but the same issue occurs on the live site where the REST API is enabled. We're running v5.1.2

Please let me know what other solutions I can try.

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

Please enable a minimal environment as below to see if it helps.
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML, WooCommerce and their add-ons
- Switch to a standard theme of WordPress
❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

If it does not help, please enable the Rest API on your staging site and I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks
