The Currency Switcher is not working on our website.

When we open the Developer console it does work and sometimes when logged in it does also work.

But with normal use of the website the switchers doesn't work even in incognito modes the currency doesn't switch.

Can you help us with this issue?

Thank you for contacting WPML support.

How did you add the currency switcher switcher? Does the issue persists if you temporarily deactivate all the plugins except WPML, WooCommerce and WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency?

Could you please update your WPML plugin to the latest version 4.6.6 and add-ons to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements? This may not necessarily resolve your problem, however, in order to troubleshoot the issue best we need to work on the latest code available.

You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/

Remember to backup your database first before you proceed. You can use a plugin for this if you like (example: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/)

Please re-install WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency on your website.

Let us know if the issue persists after an update has been done.

Hi,

We added the currency switcher by shortcode.

I updated all plugins and re-installed WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency.
When logged in it works but when I log out it doesn't.

In Troubleshooting mode I disabled all plugin and it works, but with all plugins enabled it also works. Until I log out.

Could you please show me the place where you added the shortcode? What is the result if you add the currency switcher to the footer, for example?

We have just released a new version of WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency 5.2.1. Please check if you are using it.

I've added a screenshot of the page with the currency switcher as an attachment.

If we place it in the footer the results are the samen, it doesn't work.

We are using the latest versions of the plugins

I have looked at the website and see nothing suspicious. We just released the WPML 4.6.7 and add-ons. Could you please update the site again and check the issue afterward?

If this is still the issue, I need to request a copy of your site to make tests on the local environment. You'll need to install a "Duplicator" plugin on your site temporarily. This will allow you to create a copy of your site and your content. You can provide the snapshot and send me the installer file and the zipped package you downloaded.
