WPML 4.6.1 Doesn't Work! Security Issue can't be fixed

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

ehudZ	Hi, I was trying to update the WPML Multilingual CMS 4.6.1. I currently have 4.5.14. The first two options via plugins and commercial do NOT show an update available for the site: hidden link You have my site details... example should be replaced. I couldn't reset the php.ini correctly to allow manually uploading of the plugin file. Please advise ASAP.

ehudZ	May I ask what are IPs and URI your plugin uses to check for the updates existence? Possibly... such are blocked by me on the Fire Wall level.
