I am trying to: re-enter my WPML reg code; after it's saying I'm not using a key, I have not done anything to the old keycode, I can't re-enter it; all options are telling me the key is not correct

Thank you for contacting the support.

Please try the followings:

- Go to Plugins → Add New and click the Commercial tab.
- Click Unregister WPML from this site.
- Then, log into your WPML account and click on Register WPML on your sites to see the list of sites you have registered.
- Click the Trash icon next to the site for which you want to delete the old key.
- Generate a new site key in your WPML account.
- Copy the generated site key and register WPML again by going to Plugins → Add New and click the Commercial tab.

Further, may I ask for the debug information of your website for an overview of your setup. Please see https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ for more information.

I've enabled the debug information section for your next reply.

Additionally you can also take a look at https://wpml.org/faq/checklist-before-opening-a-ticket-in-wpml-support/ and cross-check for a few initial fixes.
