translation stuck
Started by: anita-kragelundT

Problem: Ctrl + Shift + R (or Cmd + Shift + R for Mac users) while using the Translation Editor. Upon further investigation, we identified a fatal error related to Elementor Pro, which prevented the translation job from being downloaded back to the website. We resolved the issue by canceling the pending automatic job, making a slight change to the original homepage, reverting it, saving it, and completing the translation again. Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If you're still experiencing issues, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket with us. |

Unable to review translations for secondary domain pages

Problem: Solution: wp-config.php file: /* WP Memory Limit */<br />define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');<br />define('WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M'); This code should be placed just before the line: /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ We also advised the client to check with their hosting provider if the hosting settings limit these values and to verify the changes on the WPML Support page. Additionally, we suggested ensuring that the server meets WPML's minimum requirements and that the latest WPML versions are in use. If the problem persisted, we advised testing for a compatibility issue by deactivating all non-WPML plugins, switching to a default WordPress theme, and then trying to recreate the issue. If the issue was resolved, the client should reactivate plugins one by one to identify the cause. If the solution provided here is not relevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket with us. |
