Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where WPML was recognizing an incorrect domain as the primary domain after moving from a development domain to the production domain. This caused a persistent error message about the site moving to a new location and issues with translations and the language picker disappearing intermittently.
Solution:

2. We recommended accessing the site via FTP, renaming the 'plugins' folder to 'old plugins', and creating a new empty folder named 'plugins'. This helps in identifying if a specific plugin was causing the issue by moving them one by one back to the 'plugins' folder.
3. We asked the client to ensure a full site backup was created before making any changes.
4. After gaining access with the client's credentials, we updated all outdated plugins, themes, and the WordPress core, and flushed the cache memory.
