Problem: The client was experiencing a warning about the WordPress memory limit even though they had set it to 128MB. Solution: We reviewed the wp-config.php file and found that the memory limit was incorrectly set without the 'M' unit. We corrected the code from:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128');
to:
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');
After this change, the warning no longer appeared. We asked the client to test and confirm if the issue was resolved.
Problem: The client is experiencing difficulty with the process of using the 'Translation Basket' feature in the String Translation section. Solution: To use the translation basket, please follow these steps: 1. Navigate to WPML >> Translation Management. 2. Click on the 'Translation Basket' tab. 3. Select a translator. 4. Click the 'Send all items for translation' button. 5. Go to WPML >> Translations and click the 'Translate' button to start translating using the WPML Translation Editor. Problem:
The client was trying to activate the OTGS installer plugin to upgrade the WPML plugins.
Solution:
The OTGS installer plugin is only necessary when installing the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin. Once you've activated WPML Multilingual CMS, there's no need to activate the OTGS installer plugin since it provides the same functionality.
If you've registered WPML on your site, you can update it by going to the Plugins >> Add New page, clicking the Commercial tab, and then hitting the “Check for updates” button.
Problem: The client is experiencing issues with translating strings and has received an error after upgrading WooCommerce to version 8.3. The client had previously solved a problem by rewinding the server. Solution: We recommend increasing the memory limits and execution time by adding the following custom PHP code to the
wp-config.php
file on your server:

Also, you can sync menus from the site's default language into the other languages by going to WPML > WP Menus Sync.
This will create menus in all languages, based on the content that is already translated.
Exception: Custom menu items will need to be translated at WPML > String Translation or directly on each menu at Appearance > Menus.
