Credits used for automatic translations
Started by: williamV-12

Problem: Solution: Additionally, we suggested switching between translation modes and adjusting the translation settings as already done by the client. If you continue to experience the issue of WPML credits being deducted when they shouldn’t be, we need to find a way to replicate this problem on your website so we can address it appropriately. Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. If you continue to face issues, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket. |

Save different HTML code for each language
Started by: williamV-12

Problem: functions.php file or through Elementor's custom code feature, and then call it on the respective pages. This approach helps avoid the automatic translation adjustments by WPML when you modify the HTML in the default language. Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. If these steps do not resolve your issue, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum. |

If I click on the "job" page within WordPress, it says that jobs cannot be loaded
Started by: williamV-12
in: English Support
Problem: Solution: UPDATE `{wpdbPrefix}_icl_translation_status` SET `status` = 1 WHERE `status` = 2 Then, we set all remaining ongoing jobs to 'Finished' (status 10) using these queries: UPDATE `{wpdbPrefix}_icl_translation_status` SET `status` = 10 WHERE `status` = 1; UPDATE `{wpdbPrefix}_icl_translation_status` SET `status` = 10 WHERE `status` = 9; After applying these fixes, we advised the client to go to WPML > Translation Management and resend any pages they wish to translate. Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If you're still experiencing issues, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket with us. |

Problem: Pages were sent to the translator for translation and the translations were completed. But the ATE for the page currently does not contain the translator's translation version. Solution: - Click on the link in the Translator's translation jobs link or in the email sent to the translator and click on complete. - Go to WPML -> Translation Management, resend the pages with the issue for translation, and assign it to yourself. - Go to WPML -> Translations and edit the translation for the page with the issue, Make sure the translator's version of the test is there and complete it.
