I am trying to: Translate a page

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:hidden link

I expected to see: The page editor or translation editor so that I can translate

Instead, I got: Error message: WPML could not translate page please try again
When I try to use the translation manager I get the error below.

hello there!

1) Go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting
Press the following buttons:
• "Clear the cache in WPML"
• "Remove ghost entries from the translation tables"
• "Fix element_type collation"
• "Set language information"
• "Fix post type assignment for translations"

2) Please go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual > Status and do all that it's mentioned that is still yet to-do.

3) Try to recreate the problem and check if it's still happening.

If it is, please TAKE A SITE BACKUP and then run the following queries on your database:

DELETE FROM `wp_icl_translations` WHERE `element_id` IS NULL

and the following one:

DELETE FROM `wp_icl_translations` WHERE `source_language_code` = 'all'

- go to WPML->Support->Troubleshooting and click on "Set language information"

Let's see if any of this helps you solve the problem.
