Hello, Go to WooCommerce->WooCommerce Multilingual->Multi Currencies and share a screenshot of the currency table with me. Click on the "pencil" icon next to USD and check if the payment gateway is enabled. If it is you would want to disable it. Make sure it is enabled only for the currencies not covered by PayPal. Let me know your results, please. |

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue. **Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Hi Vitor, Thank you for the access details! Please see my screen recording. The AED will process in EUR and the USD will process in USD without the warning. One issue that I do see at the moment is that I am not able to switch to EUR, USD and AED seem to work but not EUR. Is this the issue you are experiencing or is this a new issue? hidden link |

I saw your video, but you didn't press the button - Paypal - to simulate the finalization of the payment, that's when the error occurs, when we actually proceed to the payment. Hi Vítor, I was able to reproduce the behavior now. In the checkout, I test all currencies this time and indeed I got the same error. Please use the following link to log in to a sandbox I created for us. Add your PayPal account -> Go to WCML->Multicurrencies and enable the payment gateway, then let me know your results with the test product. This will allow us to verify if this is an issue with PayPal + WPML's feature or with a third party plugin possibly. hidden link |
