See: hidden link

Symptoms:
My main website is using pay-as-you-go instead of prepaid credits.

Hi there.

You can't assign prepaid credits to a website using a pay-as-you-go subscription.

We mention that in our documentation here.

Please look over this ticket in case you want to move back to using prepaid credits for this site.

I think that should guide you in the right direction.

Please let me know how things go.

Dear Mihai,

Thank you for your response and for providing the guide on transferring prepaid credits to another website.

However, I have already followed the instructions in the tutorial, and I still encounter issues:

I do not see any button to add or remove credits on my "My Account" page, as mentioned in the guide. [Screenshot for reference: hidden link;

Additionally, my prepaid credits, previously assigned to my development website, are no longer visible.

I had a balance of approximately 90,000 credits, which now appears to have been lost.

This is a critical issue, and I kindly ask you to investigate and manually resolve this as soon as possible.

Looking forward to your prompt assistance.

Hi there.

The image URL doesn't work for me.

But no worries, I can try to assign them for you manually.

1. Can you please go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting, and let me know the full code showing under the "Your Automatic Translation account id is" section?

2. Please let me know how many credits you would like me to move on that site from the current 90k credits you have under your account.

Hi there and thank you.

I assigned the 90k credits to the site ID you shared, and you should be able to go back to your site's backend > WPML > Translation Management > Tools >, and you should see the assigned credits in the top left area.

Can you please confirm that you can also see them?
