This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:

The client was experiencing issues with automatic translations getting stuck in the queue after moving their webshop to a new host. Despite trying several troubleshooting steps such as deregistering and registering the site with a new key, and enabling auto translation, the problem persisted.

Solution:

We discovered that the issue was due to a conflict between the IDs of translation jobs and the site ID on our ATE server. Our developers resolved this conflict, ensuring that the automatic translation functioned correctly.

If you're experiencing similar issues, we recommend checking for potential ID conflicts or reaching out for support.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Hi Bigul,

Attached a screenshot of the last two error messages.

I did find out today that the Sucuri Firewall didn't work, which caused several connections to different plugin not to work.

However, that's just been fixed. After that I deactivated auto translation and activated it again, but still stuck in the queue.

Hi Bigul,

I just seen in my account that the pay as you go is only available on staging.hondenshop.nl, not hondenshop.nl. Could that be the problem? Ho do I make sure it's setup for hondenshop.nl?

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. We would like to know if hondenshop.nl and staging.hondenshop.nl are different sites. Or staging.hondenshop.nl is a clone copy (development site) of hondenshop.nl. Please confirm.

Hello,

Thank you for the updates. Normally we have to activate the pay-as-you-go-in live site only.

Have you tried the steps suggested in the following documentation after creating the staging site (a copy of the live)?

https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/using-advanced-translation-editor-when-you-move-or-use-a-copy-of-your-site/

So the original live site was moved to a new server, but the URL stayed the same.
Then I created a copy of the site to staging.hondenshop.nl. At the copy I checked "this is a copy, the original is still running". Also I chose to share translation credits. After that I created a new site key for the staging and added it to the staging site and marked the staging as development site.

I'm okay just using the pay as you go just on hondenshop.nl not on staging.hondenshop.nl. I really need the auto translation to work now on the live website.

I deregistered staging.hondenshop.nl from my account in WPML and als from the connected sites part in Translation Management. Cancelled all running jobs at the live site and tried to auto translate 1 product, but again it keeps loading saying "German in progress (automatic translation)"

Hi, just a note that now there's no website link showing in connected sites at pay as you go (see attached screenshot)

I'm a bit resistant to share de live webshop details, because there's constantly orders being placed, so even if something goes wrong, it would mean placing a backup and thus losing order data. Also, the website is about 17GB.
