This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
You are experiencing issues with translation credits not being recognized, even though you have credits available.
Solution:
If you're encountering this issue, it's possible that the credits are assigned to a different site (like a staging site) rather than the live site where you are trying to use them. We recommend assigning the credits directly to the live site by following the instructions here: How to Assign Automatic Translation Credits to Your Sites.
Alternatively, you can connect all your registered sites, including sub-sites in the same multisite setup and copies of your original site, to share packages of automatic translation credits. For more details, visit: Automatic Translation Subscription for Multiple Sites.
If this solution does not apply because it might be outdated or not relevant to your specific case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If issues persist, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.
