I opened product in Spanish with tabs but the tabs content stays in English after I update

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

Could you please edit the primary language page and make some small edits? Then, try translating it again and see if it works. Doing this will refresh the "Advanced Translation Editor".

Also, kindly update WPML plugins manually by following the steps in our documentation here https://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/#automated-updates

IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons, and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/ plugin for these backup needs.

It didn't work, I don't use the "Advanced Translation Editor" since it not showing the custom tabs I use from "Booster for WooCommerce"
The translation is returning the English after I click save.

I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if required. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

I can't do this, because it is live site, I can create login but I can't allow de-activate and re-activate Plugins. The problem is with the custom tabs on products that keep saved in English after I update them

I removed the tabs and entered all the text in the main text area, it is live site and I can't wait for a fix the work with the tabs, but I can still send a copy of the site if it need, will the free Duplicator will do? I know some of them limit the size of the file they create, I can support zip file with the site files and SQL file for the database
