This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to translate WooCommerce shipping options into French on their website. Despite updating the WPML plugin and adding string translations, the shipping options still appear untranslated on the frontend.
Solution:
1. Ensure that the WPML plugin and all related add-ons are updated to the latest version, which is currently 4.7.2. You can check for the latest versions and update instructions on WPML Installation Guide.
2. Follow the steps in the guide to find and translate strings that do not appear on the String Translation page.
3. If the issue persists, we recommend creating a full site backup and sharing access credentials with our support team for further investigation.

Please note that the solution provided might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues on WPML Known Issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my WooCommerce shipping options into French on my website hidden link. Previously, I had a similar issue with translating these options into English, which I discussed in a chat on WPML's forum: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/woocommerce-shipping-options-not-translated/.

Please update your WPML plugin and add-ons to the latest version, 4.7.2, to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements. This may not necessarily resolve your problem; however, we need to work on the newest code available to troubleshoot the issue best.

You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/

If you do not see the updates, you might need to click the Check for updates button in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab.

Please remember to backup your database before you proceed.

Let us know if the issue persists after an update has been done.

Thank you for your response. Since I didn't see any updates, I went to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab. The latest version 4.7.2 seems to be installed, see screenshot.

Hi Carlos,

I entered the string translations (see screenshot), but on the frontend, that part still isn't translated. I tried updating the translations in Dashboard - Updates and cleared the cache.

Can I send you a temporary login, so you can check yourself?

I visited the site, but I can't see the string in the cart page. Can you describe step-by-step how to reproduce the issue?
