As you can check on the above video, we face a problem, while trying to add a custom html o a category.
While, we choose the desired language, it appears on the tab only Italian.
Could you please inform us about the problem ?

To be of better help, do share with us the debug info as my colleague shared, above.

I did watch your screen recording but I am not able to fully understand the issue.

Could you share some additional details and where in the front end I can see the issue?

1. entering the admin panel in English language
2. widgets -> select the specific widget which is assign in English
3. but it shows the categories only in Italian, so we can't select category to show it in the frontend.

is this widget a custom widget coming from the theme or a third party plugin?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.
