I cannot remove some text in a string

dianaG-8	I would like to remove an old whatsapp number that is no longer in use from my footer in the French translation on my site. It is removed in the English version. When I search all strings in WPML I cannot find the whatsapp number in order to remove it. The image attached shows what I mean. Please assist?

dianaG-8	Hi Mihai, It could be. I see the English text. The whatsapp number is not there. I see +27 11 083 8983 but not +27 76 564 3646. When I search "+27 76 564 3646" I do not find anything. When I click on the + under the French flag for the strings you found, I do not see a French translation.

Mihai Apetrei Supporter Languages: English (English ) Timezone: Europe/Bucharest (GMT+03:00)	Hi there. If you follow the URL that I shared above (hidden link), you will see 4 results. You need to click on the pencil-edit icon on the one BEFORE the last result in the list, as you can see in my screenshot below. That's where we have Whatsapp and you can remove it from there.
