This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to translate one menu item.

Solution:
That menu item "Kids" was being displayed using Menu Custom Links on the website. After synchronizing the menu from the WPML >> Menu Sync page, you should be able to translate it from WPML >> String Translation page.

I can't manage to translate one specific word in the main menu of the website although I am sure that I translated. The word is: "Kids" on the main menu.

It appears that the word "Kids" is being displayed using Custom Links on your website. If you have synchronized the menu from the WPML >> Menu Sync page, you should be able to translate it using the WPML >> String Translation page.

To obtain more detailed instructions, please refer to the documentation provided at this link: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/

If the issue persists despite following the documentation, I kindly request temporary access to your site (preferably a staging site) to investigate and debug the problem. Please provide me with the WP-Admin and FTP login information.

Please be aware that your next response will be treated as private and confidential, accessible only to you and me.

=== Before proceeding, please ensure that you have backed up your database and website. ===

Additionally, I would require your permission to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site. This precaution is necessary, which is why having a backup is crucial.

Thank you.
