There are strings that I translated, but when looking at the admin side (using the translated language) I still see in English. See two images attached String 1: "Separate tags with commas" I already search for the exact string and translated it, don´t know where else to look for and translate |

Hello here 👋, Thanks for contacting the support of WPML. Few things to do: 1- Please increase the WordPress Memory Limit. The minimum requirements are 128Mb and the debug information of your site shows it set to 40Mb. Please check this link for more details https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/. second, from the screenshot, you have sent it seems that these other texts are coming from ADMIN TEXT, you need to search for those strings. But I will share with you below a couple of methods that you can use to find the strings. 1. You can go to WPML > String Translation and search for any of the strings and see if there are any results Here is some very helpful documentation on how to use the String Translation plugin: 2. If you can't find them inside the WPML > String Translation, they might be added as admin text. Wich, I think this is the case according to your strings. This should be the normal process to find and translate admin text strings: 3. You can also try to go to WPML > String Translation and at the bottom of the page you will find a checkbox called "Look for strings while pages are rendered". You can enable (check) that and then go in the front end to a page where you have that string showing up and then go back to WPML > String Translation and search for that string and see if it now shows up. 4. This link might help, too, in case the string is hard-coded in the theme files: Please let me know how that goes. Thanks for your cooperation, ☺️ |

Hey Johan, thanks for the deep answer 🙂 Unfortunately, the problem wasn't solved, as it follows: 0. Memory limit defined to 128M Although I had no solution, I'd appreciate for your help. Thanks |

I'll need to take a closer look at your configuration, so for that, I'll need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) 💻 Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I have access. Also after a few weeks access is removed from this thread. ❌ Please backup your database and website ❌ ☑️ Permissions: ✙ I would also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the problem without affecting your live site. So you can drop the two files you will see with the duplicator plugin, in the field provided. Johann |
