i need help to know price to add 3 more languages on my website

You can make sure first that under WPML > Settings, you have "Translate SOME" and NOT "Translate Everything" active. This will help you avoid the plugin trying to automatically translate content as soon as you add new languages or new content to existing languages. If you didn't added a credit card yet, there's no way WPML will be able to automatically translate as it needs to have an active subscription so that it can use automatic translation credits.
