This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where shipping methods translated via String Translation are still showing untranslated on the front end, specifically on the cart page. The client has already attempted several troubleshooting steps, including using WPML's Troubleshooting options, deleting and recreating translations, testing in a minimal environment, emptying the cache, and searching for admin strings.

Solution:
We first asked the client to ensure that the credentials provided for accessing the site are correct, as the ones shared were not working. We also inquired if other colleagues were working on the same issue to avoid duplicate tickets. We then recommended updating the WPML plugin to the latest version, 4.6.10, and its add-ons to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements. Although updating may not necessarily solve the problem, it is essential to troubleshoot on the latest code. We provided a link to the instructions for updating WPML: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/. We also reminded the client to back up their database before proceeding with the update. We requested that the client inform us if the issue persists after the update and to provide feedback on the previous question.

Please note that the solution provided might be irrelevant due to it being outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If necessary, please open a new support ticket for further assistance at the WPML support forum.

The issue:

The shipping methods are translated via ST, but still show untranslated in the front End. The error can be seen in the cart page.

I tried (in a local copy):
WPML Troubleshooting
Deleting and recreating the translations
Minimal environment (plugins and theme)
Emptying the cache
Looking for admin strings

I guess this needs a more in-depth look.

I am here to assist you with your issue.

Have you tried turning off all plugins that are not related to WPML and left Woocommerce to check if the issue still exists? It would be best to test it with a default theme like Storefront, if possible.

For us to better the setup, I have enabled debug information for this support ticket. You can follow this link http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ to learn how to get this information from your site and share it with us.

Hi, I have attached the debugging information. On March 29, your colleague got access to the admin part of the site and made a copy of the site for local debugging.

The credentials access shared in this support ticket doesn't work. The following reply is private so that you can update the credentials.

Do the colleagues already work on the same issue? If yes, there is no need to keep the exact tickets open. You have to close one.

We just released the new versions of WPML and WCML. Could you please update your WPML plugin to the latest version, 4.6.10, and add-ons to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements? This may not necessarily resolve your problem; however, in order to troubleshoot the issue best, we need to work on the latest code available.

You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/

Please remember to backup your database first before you proceed.

Let me know if the issue persists after an update has been done and your feedback on the previous question.
