This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing display issues on the translated main page using Wpbingo widgets with WPML.
Solution:
1. Register the Wpbingo Elementor widgets for translation. This can be done by following the instructions here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multilingual-tools/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/. This is generally recommended for developers, or you can contact the plugin author to request them to register their widgets or join our Go Global program: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/.
2. Disable the WPML translation editor for these pages and use the Edit Elementor options for the secondary languages. You will need to translate directly in Elementor edit mode, similar to the steps outlined here: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/.

Additionally, there is a potential issue with the Wpbingo Image widget not fully loading in secondary languages, which might be contributing to the display problems. A PHP warning related to this widget was also noted in the debug.log. Contacting Wpbingo for assistance or exploring similar widgets might be necessary.

Can you send me the form where I put the access info?
May I add some task to this ticket or should I start a new one ? When you will be in you might look at one issue - why I see grid of translated main page differently on dashboard than on published main pages. it has changed after translation. I am not able to repair it (try to change default main page and then advanced translate other site - didn't work out).
thanks

It is created by using wbingo image - where I added image and button inside image with colour around. You can see it on the first default page - czech - hidden link

After automatic translation it acts weird - when I am in WP working dashboard I see that the buttons look similar to the main page. But the published site is different and the style is broken.

example german
hidden link

and what I see inside - attached

I tried to fix it by changing something on the default main page and then translating again. Didn't work out

Thank you for your feedback.

After reviewing the issue, it seems that Wpbingo widgets have not been tested for compatibility with WPML. The content widgets are not registered with WPML, so they cannot be translated using the WPML translation editor.

There are two possible solutions for this problem:

1. Register Wpbingo Elementor widgets for translation using the instructions in this article: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multilingual-tools/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/. This option is mainly for developers. You can also consider reaching out to the plugin author and requesting them to register their widgets. They can also apply to our Go Global program to make their themes compatible with WPML: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/.

2. Disable the WPML translation editor for these pages. Use Edit Elementor options for the secondary languages, you will need to translate directly in Elementor edit mode.

You can refer to the following example for the steps, but in your case, use Elementor: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/using-different-translation-editors-for-different-pages/.

Hi I found it on a main page. Turned to WP editor. Then want to repair it on Eglish site. But it looks same. Saved as a section from the default page, then add on english site and it made the same rubbish :/

I've reviewed the website and noticed an issue with the Wpbingo Image widget and possibly with other Wpbingo widgets as well. Let me elaborate.

When I create a page in a secondary language (without even translating it), the Wpbingo Image doesn't fully load. This could be the cause of the display problems in secondary languages. I'm not sure why this is happening. Contact Wpbingo for assistance with this issue might be a good idea. Alternatively, you could explore using similar widgets as a workaround.

It might not cause an issue, but I also noticed a warning in the debug.log when adding the widget:

[30-Sep-2024 13:30:34 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key "image" in wp-content/plugins/wpbingo/elementor/bwp-image.php on line 1253
