Hi there, Please make sure that you're following our guide to translate the menus manually: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#option-2-translating-menus-manually If this is not working, create a full backup of the database and website then go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting page, and click the following: - Clear the Cache in WPML Then try again to translate the menu. I fixed the menu's in the footer, bur the main menu is still not translated (can't add it) |

Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it. ❌ Please backup your database and website before providing us with access details ❌ ✙ I would additionally need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if needed. I don't know whats goes wrong, but i cant make it the way you wrote me. I even can't create a primary menu. I don't see the existing main menu??? |

Hi, I deleted the English menu and created a new one with the same elements in Dutch then translated it to English. Please go to Appearance > Menus, edit the English menu by clicking the pencil icon then add the English labels. |
