Hi there. I'm sorry to hear that you are going through this and I'm here to help you resolve this. Those credits probably got stuck. So, please let me explain why I think this situation with the credits might be happening. When you initially install and set up WPML, an automatic translation account id is created automatically in the process. If you uninstall/reset WPML or reinstall/set WordPress from scratch, a new automatic translation account ID will be generated, and the credits will remain in the old account. On this page (https://wpml.org/account), can you click the "add/remove credits” button and move the credits back to your WPML.org account? Then, please go here (https://wpml.org/account/sites/) > remove the current site key > generate a new one > then go to your website's backend > Plugins > Add new > Commercial > UNregister WPML from the old key > RE-register WPML with the new key. Hi there. I moved the credits (23842) to your current automatic translation account that's connected with the current site. Please let me know if you can now use the credits on the site. They should also show up inside WPML > Translation Management > Tools > at the top area. |

Hi thank you. I have the credits now. I've been working with the plugins all day yesterday but cannot translate the content in elementor pages. This is really frustrating because I translated automatically a whole Elementor website with this plugin just a couple months ago... Thank you, |

Hi Michele. Thank you for the update, and I am sorry for the delay. The past few days have been hectic, and fewer people are working on the weekends. But things should move faster from now on. I am happy to hear that the initially reported issue related to the credits is now resolved. Elementor is fully compatible with WPML, but sometimes, there are custom Elementor blocks that come with specific themes or from 3rd party plugins, and WPML might not be able to see those by default, so there might be some extra steps that need to be taken. There's an add-on that we have available that you can download and install on your site, and after that, please try to follow the steps explained here: These might help you help WPML find those custom blocks and properly register them so that WPML can see the content inside them. If you still encounter issues with the translation process, please do not hesitate to open a new ticket for this specific issue so that we can properly focus on it.
