  1. Hello we are building sites with wordpress and we need wpml but we need to add it to many sites .What package is fine for us?

    Best regards

    • If by “many” you mean more than 3, I’d go with the Agency package. It allows you to use WPML on all of your sites.

  2. Hello team,

Me and some other affiliate partners, we would like to report the violation of the affiliate rules of the websites:

    wpml.cz
    wpml.pl
    wpml.sk
    wpml.hu
    wpml.it
    wpml.nl
    wpml.fr
    wpml.de
    wpml.es

They use your trademark as their domain names. Even the colors and logo are similar. This is confusing for the customers.

Could you please look at it and let us know the results. Based on the affiliate rules they should not get paid any commissions.

    Thank you for understanding.

    • Hello again,
after discussing the whole issue here internally I have some more info for you to share. We are pursuing legal channels to get this resolved as soon as possible. There will be no payment of commissions earned in this manner, since it goes against our affiliate policy and it is a violation of our trademarks. This is not an example of how we expect our affiliates to be working and others should not follow this approach.

    • Hello, yes you can. Please log into your WPML account and you will see what options are available for you.

  3. Please, let me know if this is something I can do with WPML: for the default ‘post’ and ‘page’ types, I want the system to behave the way I see in your video demo: click a button in admin, add a translation page that is kind of a mirror of the first content on the other language. The translated content has custom slug and permalinks. So far, so good. What I would like to know is if I can add two additional custom post types that will behave differently: their content exists in one single language, I don’t want users to be able to create translated copies of them in different languages. What I need for these special custom post types is that users can see the (ACF) admin forms in localized language: if navigating in English, display form labels in English, if navigating in Spanish, see localized labels in Spanish. In the end, though, a single version of content is created, valid accross both languages. Thank you!

    • If you don’t need to have a multilingual site but only to translate some of your strings coming from your theme and plugins, you don’t need WPML at all. Use the Loco Translate plugin or translate your string by using a special editor called Poedit.

  4. Hello,
We sure could use your help. We purchased this plugin a couple years ago, our user name was ShannonP-2, but now that person has left our organization and the email associated with the account no longer exists.

We no longer need the plugin. But our question is how do we remove the translation pages that were created? If the plugin is active we can’t see them, and if it’s deactivated we can only see the page copies and not the native page.

    Please please help us.

    Thanks Kindly,
    Zoe Mendell

  5. hi dear support and admin,
i pay renewal here wpml use paypal.but not show for pay or no,please help how can pay it.just 5 days left.finished

  6. Hello,

I hope this a bad joke. I bought a renewal on 2018-17-10 and now when I want to implement WPML to a new site (first from that day) you are telling me my account allows me to build just 3 sites with WPML?

Just to summarize that. I paid for a year renewal and I am not able to implement the WMPL even to 1 site!

I am sure this was not metioned when I purchased the renewal. Why often you change the conditions for your clients in theirs disadvantages?

This is really terrible! I am shocked how you treat your clients.

  7. Hi,

We are working on WordPress website, we want to use WPML to translate from English to Kannada, Hindi, and Bangala. Is it possible? Are all these regional languages available?

  8. ola preciso de saber o preço correcto para um site multi idioma com tradução automática activa e com a possibilidade de editar alguns textos ou frases que não estejam correctamente traduzidas.

    muito obrigado!
    Manuel Garcia

    • We’re not sure about the final pricing right now. It might be around $8/user/month, but it’s not final and we’re not committing to the price. Please note that the machine translation is supposed to be a tool to help translate faster but still manual work is needed. We’re not developing it as a tool for batch automatic-translations. It’s intended as a faster starting point when translators work on content.

  9. Hello,

    I have 3 questions:

    1. 3 websites = 3 different domains or subdomains ? In my case I have main domain and clients have their own private access to Client.domainname.com

    2. Do you translate the wordpress standard labels and place filler for forms like “Login” (I mean for standard WordPress supported languages)

    3. What export facility you have to export all text from a certain number of pages => excel then after translation how does it work ? any tool to replace text in copied pages ?

    Thanks for your feedback

    • Hello Manuel,

      1. If this is WordPress Multisite, it’s considered one domain, which means you can register only one licence and it will work for all your subdomains. If these are separate domains you need a separate license for each.

      2. Yes, you can aslo translate such strings using WPML.

      3. You can use the WP ALL Import plugin (it’s available in the CMS/Agency package)

  10. Hi There.

Just recently purchased a WPML Multilingual CMS, but would like to upgrade it to WPML Agency Plan, could I check:

    1. Do I have to re-purchase the plugin?
    2. Or can I upgrade directly within my WPML account dashboard?

  11. Hello, how does woocommerce plugin work? I need to buy WPML CMS, the medium or small? And then the woocommerce plugin? How much will it cost me in total? And can I set the currency of a product on my website and then have that as a set currency? I don’t want the currency to “change”. I want just a seperate currency per product because I sell workshops in different countries. thank you for your understanding! Kindly, Miss

    • Hello Josef, not yet but our team is working on it and we will be ready by the time Gutenberg gets into the WordPress core.

  14. Hello Support Member,
How can I register with WPML ?

There is a direct link to Buy a Plugin..

If in case , In future I donn’t want to renew susbcription how can I cancel that subscription?

      • Thanks Agnes for your response.

If I purchased a Plugin then you will create an account on WPML for me where I can do anything for future use.

How do send me Login details?

        Thanks

        • You manage everything in your WPML here at wpml.org, which will be created for you. The email with login details is sent automatically after your purchase. You can change the password.

  15. Hello, i want to ask about the WPML purchase.
I already read the explanation about renewal account.
But i still want to confirm this, If i only buy one time and not want to renew the purchase.
Is there any problem with the website that already using WPML plugin?
Is the plugin gonna be disabled?

    Thank you.

    • WPML plugin will continue working normally on your sites, with and without a valid account. You only need a valid account to access our downloads and get support from us. The plugin will never “disable” itself in your sites.

  16. Thanks Agnes for your response.

If I purchased a Plugin then you will create an account on WPML for me where I can do anything for future use.

How do send me Login details?

    Thanks

  18. Hello there,

If I buy WPML and install to my site which included WordPress and Woocommerce, then use 2-3 languages so later If I want to uninstall WPML, can I use my core language as well directly? or need some pre-action to do that?

    Thank you.

    • Hello,
if you uninstall WPML all the posts, pages, products, categories (etc) that you added, will appear in your primary language. If you want to leave posts/pages/product in your main language you would need to delete the others manually (you can use bulk editing) or you can also use the WPML reset option in order to completely uninstall the WPML plugin (“WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting” and at the bottom of the page you can find an option “Reset”).

    • By “will appear in your primary language” I meant that they will appear in your WordPress site (they will be still translated)

    • Hello, WPML and our WooCOmmerce Multilingual plugin are used to turn your WooCommerce-based store into a multilingual store, which means making your products available in more than one language. If your only goal is to translate some labels and not to make your store multilingual, please consider using the Loco Translate plugin.
