Tell us what you are trying to do?
The english is going to a 404. I am despertately tyring to sort this but your support team gets a 503! There is no reason for it.

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

I need this site up and working, it's been days, and it seems your support cannot help me. This is a common issue it seems. But your support team is getting a 503 error? There is nothing wrong with the site. Hosting is all up and fine......I need someone with a vpn.

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

I've checked your previous ticket https://wpml.org/forums/topic/the-site-is-going-to-404-because-of-the-translation-settings/ and it's already marked as resolved by you.

Could you briefly explain to me what's wrong and please share temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP), preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible, to better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

IMPORTANT: Please, note that a backup is required for security reasons, and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/ plugin for these backup needs.

Your following answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
